All payments are processed securely through certified and regulated payment providers.
CURRENCY
All prices on our website are displayed in the currency corresponding to your selected shipping destination (EUR, GBP, or CAD). The applicable currency may vary depending on your location or settings. The final payment will be processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices displayed at checkout do not include any import duties, VAT, or similar charges that may be applied by local authorities upon delivery.
PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT
Orders are processed and shipped once full payment has been successfully received.
If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
After a successful payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. If your payment is successful but you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us so we can verify the status of your order.
SECURE PAYMENTS
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption to safeguard your data. We never store your full payment details. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is processed exclusively by our secure payment providers.

REFUNDS
Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. All refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
FRAUD PREVENTION
We may cancel or temporarily place an order on hold if fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of payment methods is suspected.
Payment providers may occasionally place transactions on hold for security reviews. Orders will only be processed once the payment provider has fully approved the transaction.
If additional verification is required, we will contact you directly.
In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, the order may be temporarily placed on hold while the matter is reviewed with the payment provider.
