Shipping policy
SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- Canada
Shipping to other countries is not available at this time. We are actively expanding our logistics network, and updates will be posted on our website as new regions become available.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders to Spain, the United Kingdom, and Canada. No additional fees are charged for packaging, handling, or delivery.
TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
All taxes and charges are included in the price. No additional costs apply for Spain, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, or local postal services, depending on the destination. The carrier is selected automatically based on:
- Your delivery location
- The fastest available route at that time
- Current carrier capacity
All carriers provide reliable delivery and full tracking.
PROCESSING TIME
We process orders Monday to Friday. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Orders placed before 00:00 CET/CEST on a business day are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch (total 6–9 business days from order to delivery).
- Spain: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch (total 6–9 business days from order to delivery).
- Canada: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch (total 6–9 business days from order to delivery).
All taxes, duties and customs charges are paid, you will never be asked to pay extra at delivery.
Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions or peak periods. In the event of significant delays, consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
Orders are not processed or delivered on public holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. We post any temporary delays on our homepage and in our FAQ during the affected period.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check the status of your parcel at any time.
If the tracking status shows that the shipment is in transit, under customs review, or delayed by the carrier, we kindly ask for your patience. We are unable to initiate a lost-package investigation while the package is still actively moving through the delivery network. If a shipment is confirmed lost or undeliverable by the carrier, we will offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. Avenor is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If the carrier attempts delivery and the customer is not available, or if the package is not collected from a pickup point in time, the carrier may return the package to the sender. In such cases, reshipping costs may apply.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. If you believe your package was not properly delivered, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If you encounter any issues during shipping or delivery — such as a damaged item, incomplete delivery, or a missing shipment — please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
We will investigate the matter with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take up to 7–14 business days. If the shipment is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
