Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in unworn condition beyond what is necessary to assess the product, and must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons are clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Please register your return within 30 days of receiving your order by providing your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please send your request to contact@avenorwear.com. Our team will review your request and reply promptly with detailed return instructions.
Returns should be shipped using a trackable shipping method. If your return parcel is lost in transit, please share your tracking proof, we will not deny a refund where you can prove the return was dispatched.
After your return request has been approved, please ship the item back within 14 days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For regular returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, Avenor covers all return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to the designated return address.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, including your order number.
We are able to guarantee cancellation requests submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, processing may already have started and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with this Return Policy after receiving the order.
this does not affect your statutory 30-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law, even if your order has shipped, you can still return it after delivery under our Refund Policy.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds cover the product price. Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required under applicable consumer protection laws. Additional delivery upgrades or optional services are non-refundable.
